At Insight Assessment Clinic, we are committed to providing a high-quality service in a respectful, professional, and ethical environment. We value all feedback and welcome to the opportunity to continually improve our services.

How to Provide Feedback to Us

If you have a concern or are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience at Insight Assessment Clinic, we encourage you to raise it directly with us as soon as possible. You may do this by:

− Speaking directly with your clinician or the COO/Practice Manager, Olivia Rizzo.

− Emailing us at: reception@insightac.com.au

− Calling us on 9002 4676

− Filling out the details on the attached form

We aim to acknowledge all feedback within 2 business days and provide a response within 7 business days.

Complex issues may require more time, but we will keep you informed throughout the process.

Our Feedback Procedures

All feedback is handled confidentially and with sensitivity. Your feedback will be documented and reviewed by the owners in consultation with the relevant clinician(s), where appropriate.

We will investigate the matter thoroughly and fairly and provide a written response outlining the outcome and any steps we will take to address the concern. You are welcome to have a support person present during any discussions regarding your complaint.

If You Are Not Satisfied

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your feedback or wish to take the matter further, you may contact the relevant external regulatory body, AHPRA:

You may also contact the Psychology Board of Australia, via AHPRA, if the feedback is related to a breach of professional or ethical standards.
